I Can Feel My Heart Beats, When I Lay Down. Is It Normal ?

when I lay down on my right side I can feel my heart beating. Is this normal? When I lay down at night I am fine on my left side but when I roll over to my right I can feel my heart beating. Is this normal? I feel like it just started a few months ago. I have had an ECG in the last year and it came back normal. Should I be worried?

No need to worry. Unless you have irregular heart beat, dizziness you are fine. Avoid thinking about this. Eat healthy, drink plenty of water, stay stress free. Sleep 6-8 hours everyday. Avoid coffee, tea, energy drinks, high protein diet at night.
