I am very healthey 54 year old male with a good diet. 6'1" tall and 180 lbs. For past two weeks I've had dully achy pain in upper abdomen that comes and goes. In addition, I've also been extremely tired - way more than normal. I've tried to stop drinking coffee, eating chocolate, etc., but nothing seems to help. Historically, I've had my Gall Bladder removed - and while pain is in same spot as Gall Bladder attacks that I used to have, it's only like a 2 on a scale of 1-10 but just constantly annoying. Any idea what the problem could be?
