What May Be The Reason For Reoccurrence Of Ring Worm Infections?

I am suffering from ringworm infections from last 7 months .i used itraconazole , terbinafine along with some creams on regular basis .after the completion of my course the infection gets cleared i mean the red itchy spots disappear but after few days the spots again appear on the same places

Hi,

Recurrence is very common in ringworm infection.
It could be due to chronic infection or reinfection.
I would recommend you to start the medicines again under the supervision of the dermatologist.
The medicines have to be continued for at least 3-4 months to avoid recurrence.
