Hello dear
Thanks for your query.

There are multiple causes of night blindness like --
Retinitis pigmentosa
oguchi disease
pathological myopia
peripheral cortical cataract
refractive surgery (LASIK, photorefractive keratectomy, radial keratotomy)
Sorsby's fundus dystrophy
Vitamin A deficiency

You must get a check up from a good ophthalmologist and identify the underlying cause. Have Vit A supplements because Vit A deficiency is a common cause of night blindness.

Hope this helps.

Take care

Dear
welcome to healthcaremagic
I suggest you some of home remedies for your problem i hope it will you in correction
1. Always wear sunglasses when you're out on a sunny day, so that your eyes won't have to do as much correction or adjustment when you again reach in normal light or inside and take off your sunglasses. If someone is suffering from myopia then use of Anti-Reflective Glasses is best for preventing night blindness.

2. If someone frequently suffering from eye strain or eye tension, then at the time of knitting, reading, working on the computer, etc., it is essential that you avoid working these things so long. And make sure when you are reading or kitting you have plenty of light. Or when working on the computer, take regular breaks (at least once an hour), so that your eyes get some time to relax.

3. As in many cases, night blindness commonly caused because of deficiency of vitamin A. Try to include more animal foods, like eggs, meats, fish, and dairy products in your diet. Also increase consumption of fresh fruits and vegetables in your daily diet.

4.Wash your eyes with cold water whenever you feel stress in your eyes.

Thanks
