I am having white skin layer formed on my ear parts and also over neck after some few weeks it got my elbows . Then it stopped and remains as it is . On consulting a doctor he said it is like psoriasis and gave some medicines .it doesnt stopped completely but grown up from where it was neither to my neck nor to my elbows but it does not cured completely . It causes hair losses slightly . Age 45 sex female . Waiting for your suggestions.
