I am female, 69, 200#, having difficulty with mild to severe upper abdomen swelling and difficulty swallowing; had hiatal hernia repair in 2001. Could this have come in-done? recent upper GI imaging suggests possibly doing a balloon dilation which I understand may require re-intervention to maintain its effect. I am skeptical of undergoing repeated anthesia at my age. JLF
