What Does A Urine Test Report Showing WBC Level Greater Than 30 And WBC Esterase Level Greater Than 3 Indicate?
I am experiencing slight discomfort like I have a UTI but I don t. I had a urine test shows no infection, but my WBC Esterase was 3+, my WBC 30, and Occult blood was 1+. It is uncomfortable at times especially wearing tight jeans. Do you think I need to have this checked out?

WBC esterase 3+ is suggestive of the presence of infection in the urine. I suggest you get a urine culture and drug sensitivity.

Hi,
The leukocyte esterase positive test and presence of 30 pus cells suggestive of urinary tract infection.
You need to given cefixime like sensitive antibiotic according to urine culture report.
Drink more water.
Don't take excess spicy foods.
Take Cranberry juice extract tablet for seven days.
