I am a healthy almost 70 year old man, just under 6'; have always been very active sexually and am adventurous in sexual activities; always want to keep it interesting. I have suffered from Sexual anhedonia for the past 8 years; have talked extensively to my doctor, seen a urinary dr; had visits in a TO hosp specializing in this issue and have been told that physically nothing is wrong. Reading into more and more - just read B6 vitamin may help but don't know.
also, during sex, I find that the head of my penis is not as sensitive as it used to be i.e. oral sex is not even that comfortable now; at ejaculation - which is minimal - is not comfortable and in some cases almost painful BUT no longer pleasurable.
Would really appreciate some help, suggestions, direction...ANYTHING!!!
