I Am A Disabled Vietnam Veteran (exposed To Agent Orange).

I am a disabled vietnam veteran (exposed to Agent Orange). Type II diabetes for 15 years, CVD diagnosed since 2014 when I had a stint inserted into my heart. I have long term hypertension (i.e. I am taking valsartin, altorvastatin, and lenexa for angina problems). I am at stage 4 of kidney functioning. My medical labs indicate leakage of blood in kidneys. I am diagnosed with neuropathy (which is worsening, i.e. my feet especially my right foot are signifanctly worse and it's negatively affecting my driving my car).
My questions are: can the kidney problems improve? Can the CVD improve? Can the type 2 with so much nerve damage improve?
