I am a construction worker and on site we all crack jokes about sex but we all know they are in fun. We have a guy on the crew who freaks about these jokes at a level that is scary, he does not like to be called by anything else but his, he does not like to be touch, and some of the things he says are weird, when he loses it he shows rage, and acts like a child. Then all of a sudden he is sorry and nice as if nothing happened.I am thinking he was sexually abuse as a child but he is a 40 year old man we need help to understand what is going on so as to make his work environment easier.
