Face Get Red, Fatigued, Construction Worker. Why Is It ?
im a construction worker and lately i have been noticing towards the middle to end of the day i get hot and face gets red i have extreme fatigue and confusion and it seems to last for a while i have recently had heart tests blood work anjust sick of these problems with no answersd brain mri all negative but i seem to have problems with exercise and physical activity without confusion but the red face and fatigue seems to not be getting better and is rather invasive.i take cholesterol meds.eg the other night i got home showered had red face and was exhausted to the point i could not focus on anything and and felt like death crashed at 7;30pm and did not awake until 7;30 am which is not normal for me just tired of these problems

You are having red face..i.e. erythema on face.
It may be either skin disease like rosacea,lupus erythematosus ,flushing..etc or some systemic disease..endocrinal disease.
You are having fatigue and confusion.
It may be related with some psychological disease.
You are having hyperlipidemias.
Multiple diseases would be there.
With keepin patience, you consult dermatologist,physician and if needed psychiatrist.
For perfect diagnosis thorough history,clinical examination and laboratory investigations are needed.
After that only, you may be given perfect treatment.
Do not worry, just go as per my advice.
