I Am A 64 Year Old Female, Currently On Synthroid,

I am a 64 year old female, currently on synthroid, digoxin, carvedilol, amlodopine, metformin, insulin, warfarin. I have been taking these meds for a long time except the insulin. I started that about 6 months ago. I am about 50 lbs. overweight. In the last week I have experienced cold sweats, and a feeling of "greying out". In fact on Friday, I was standing at the washinng machine, had they "whoosh" of the greying out and I fell over into the laundry basket. I didn't remember falling and my husband came quickly to help me up. I was fine. I'm concerned with the faintness I'm feeling and don't know if it's meds, blood sugar (usually always high), a heart thing or thyroid. Any clue?
