I am a 62 year old female T1diabetic for 46 years. I am having a hard time breathing- yawning gives relief but doesn't last. Also, my bathroom habits have recently changed throughout the day but often after eating with great urgency and disgust! Last a1c was 6.2 and over last 2 years lost 38 lbs with Weight Watchers. ..5'4" - 130 lbs. No explanation as to why pounds are staying off but I love that part!
