I Am A 60 Year Old Female With A Rash

I am a 60 year old female with a rash that first started as round red dots on my palms and feet. It is now on my hands, arms, feet, legs and buttocks. I have a burning sensation with it especially on my feet and ankles and if I start itching them they are a problem. This rash has been present for about a month now coming and going with a day or two in between. The red dots seem to spread out before they disappear. I was treated at first for scabies. After two treatments the rash still comes and goes. Our local MD took a punch biopsy of the rash and it came back as leukocytoclastic vasculitis. I was sent to a dermatologist and the rash was not present that day and he said I could not have this vasculits if it comes and goes even though the biopsy said it was. I was on cipro for an UTI which I have never had before and no pain with it but blood in my urine. It was about 10 days after I finished this medication that I first noticed the rash. I went into the doctor about 5 days later because I had had stomach pains and vomiting with light-headedness. This stomach issue is still bothersome a couple of times a week. Any ideas what this could be?
