I am a 47 years old female. 135 lbs 5'2". I have hypothyroidism and moderately high cholesterol. I take medication for my thyroidism and try to watch my diet and take supplements for my cholesterol. It has been in the range of 200 plus for at least 3 years now. I've have been having really annoying headaches for the last 4-5 days and feeling really bad. I took my blood pressure at local cvs and was 149/89 yesterday and today waking up still feeling bad with blood pressure taken at Walmart pharmacy was 149/94. Also to note I was recently diagnosed with a protruding disc 3 months ago.
