I am a 32 year old female. For the past month I have been experiencing a dull pain and burning pain in the left side of my abdomen.
It hurts all the time, but it hurts worse after I eat and when I have to go to the bathroom. My bowel movement timing has changed, where I can't go as often. There could be three days between. I have to urinate more frequently, at night I have to wake up at least once or twice. My lower back and stomach feel achy when I wake up to urinate. I am neaseous throughout the day and I have vomited once so far and fought off vomiting at least two more times in the past month. I feel extremely tired and experience mood swings, where I am very angry one minute, but fine the next.
My stomach does not hurt to the touch. The pain was there for a couple of years, but not as severe as it feels now. I have had numerous ultra sounds, but they've only found a small ovarian cyst. I have had those for years and never felt any pain.
I have a doctor appointment on Tuesday, but I'm not sure what tests to request. I am tired of ultrasounds, because nothing comes up. I just want to know what the problem is.
