I Am 84 Years Old, And Am Taking A Small

I am 84 years old, and am taking a small amount (12.5 mg) of spironolactine every morning to help keep my blood pressure down, and it seems to work -- 125/82 last BP reading. I am also taking Cozaar (10 mg), Amlodopine (20 mg) and Lipitor (10 mg). As a result, one of these meds (and I think it's the spironolactine) seem to be causing me to feel weak and lethargic during the day. Can you tell me which of them might cause the weak and lethargic feeling?
If it's one of these meds, I will ask my doctor about cutting back on it. Thanks, Ben Taylor
