I am 49 years old. I just had an ultrasound yesterday and my uterine lining is 14.1 mm, my ovaries are enlarged, I have a cyst that is .7 mm and a polyp. I started bleeding on Saturday 11/14/15. It started out very mild, the next day was heavier and by Monday and Tuesday I was bleeding very heavily. My bleeding slowed down on Weds and today is is tapering off. I had the ultrasound on Weds towards the end of my cycle. I had a biopsy a few years ago because of excess bleeding and it was benign. They suggested I go on Bioidentical Progesterone. I took it for 1 month cycle and stopped. Which I should have stayed on, but didn't. Is the 14.1 dangerously high. I am reading past 11mm, the chances of cancer is higher. What can I do naturally to balance my hormones?
