I am 47 & thought to be perimenopausal. For the past 4 weeks I've been bleeding... past 2 days very heavy. Prescribed norethisterone, bleeding seemed to just about stop after 2 days but has just came back with a vengeance with big clots. I'm very worried as have had colposcopy treatmeant twice (last time 14years ago) and I haven't had a recent smear test. Please help, worried sick.
