I Am 35 And For About The Past Year Am

I am 35 and for about the past year am noticing muscle tremors when I eccentrically control the muscle or relax the muscle. The tremors are bilateral and in all of my muscles. The tremors are not there at rest and they are only noticeable to me unless I specifically show someone. I have no weakness or decreased coordination. Throughout my day off and on, I feel shaky because of the minute tremors with movement, but I can function like normal. I worry that this is the start of a neurological disease and am wondering if this could be normal or not? I have been to my family physician and I had blood work done which came back normal but I have not pursued any other doctor or testing.
