my dear friend vitiligo is an auto immune disease and stress is a trigger for such diseases so don't get depressed;instead make yourself strong. It is true that there is less treatment but whatever is available it is to be continued for long is not that there is no cure but if you want help in herbal medicine ;go to some expert who does herbal treatment properly & not to a quack. My opinion will be to go to a skin specialist follow his advice & simultaneously take your herbal medicine.

I can very well understand your plight. Can you please tell me how fast is your vitiligo spreading? have you got more than 5 new spots in the last one month? If yes, please consult a dermatologist near you. If not, use flutivate cream once daily on the white spots. If you want herbal treatment, I suggest you go to a reknowned Unani practitioner.
