How To Treat Weak Digestive System And Control Gastric Troubles?
I am in a bpo and work 3 months day and 3 months night due to so much of stress and night shifts my digestive system is very week and daily I face so much of gastric troubles.bloating indigestion and weakness please suggest I have become so lethargy now days and Cannot concentrate.....

You have problem of abdominal bloting and indigestion that may be because of gastroenteritis problem. Irritable bowel disease may cause this type of abdominal problems.
Stress and irregular lunch may cause digestive problems. Consent a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis.
Eat a fresh food and fruits . Eat properly cooked food. Chew a food properly. Stay hydrated. Ginger or garlic helpful for digestion and gas relife. Drink more water per day and stay hydrated.
Avoid smoking and alcohol drinking. Avoid gaseous foods like cabbage, cauliflower, carbonated drinks, turnips etc....
Avoid spicy food and fatty foods. Avoid stress also.
