How To Treat Vertigo, Congestion, Tinnitus And Nausea?

Hi I ve been waking up feeling stuffy and congested and nauseous for a bit now and was wondering if you have any advice. I ve also had vertigo about a month ago and was referred to a physical therapy center to help control it. My ears have also been ringing for about a month now and the ringing seems to get louder when I do the exercises given to me by my physical therapist. Any suggestions?

Hello!

Your symptoms could be suggestive of an inner ear disorder. Low blood pressure can mimic this situation too. For this reason, it is necessary to closely monitor your blood pressure values. If your blood pressure values are not low, the next step to follow would be consulting with an ENT specialist in order to investigate for a possible inner ear disorder.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
