How To Treat Vertigo And Pain In Forehead?

I do have headache and vertigo since december 21. The headache is in the front above my eyes. It is liķe a pression. The vertigio are worts when i look below, whenn i put my head down and when i lie down. I have difficulty to sleep because the feeling that i have make me feel agitated. Also, sometimes, my gums hurts and they bleed last week when brushing my teeths. Usualy I don t have any problem with my gums. Sorry for my english, this is not my first language.

I really appreciate your concern, as long as the vertigo is concern it could be due to vestibular dysfunction and it can be managed with 'Tab Betahistine 8 mg' three times in day, the gums condition could be due to dental disease and it needs to be confirmed by clinical examination better to see the dentist first hope this information helps.
