How To Treat Unbearable Headache That Occurs Usually At Night?

I have a really unbearable headache that occurs usually at night and continues through to the morning to the point that it is extremely excruciating. The veins on the side of my head are pulsating and the pain I d concentrated in this region of my head. It often feels as if my brain is decaying.

Hi,

First of all, have you had the headache recently or have you had it for a long time and it has increased? If it has occurred recently and you take hormonal therapy such as oral contraceptive pills or hormonal replacement therapy,you should ask a gynecologist for help.

Second, if you were above 50 years, you could have giant cell arteritis and you need to do some investigations such as: ESR. CT brain and measuring blood pressure are mandatory. If you did not take the hormonal therapy and all investigations were were normal, you could have migraine.
