How To Treat Twinge Sensation In Knee With History Of Dislocated Knee-cap?
Hi, I pie woken up with a twinge sensation in my inner side of my knee. My leg feels like it may give way when walking and e twinge occurs when walking or going upstairs. I am 25 years old and have suffered from a dislocated knee cap in the past approx 5 years ago. Any ideas what I can do to treat this.
