How To Treat The Swollen And Stiff Knee Caused By A Bad Scrap?

I scraped my knee pretty bad about a week ago and it's still very painful. It doesn't look like its infected but the leg is very swollen (from knee to foot). It's stiff and very hard to walk on. How do I keep down the swelling and heal the scarred knee?

Hi,

I have gone through your query.

For swelling you should apply crepe bandage form foot to mid thigh. Place you leg and foot at front seat or chair while sitting.

Apply beta-dine ointment over wound and try to clean once a day.
