Hello

Welcome to HCM

With history of recent intake of egg and scampi to me it appears to be allergic reaction to egg or scampi.
Egg allergy is one of the most common allergy.
The allergic manifestation can vary from mild skin allergy to life threatening respiratory problem.
I would like to get her evaluated by a pediatrician as skin diseases are best diagnosed by direct visualisation and to give antiallergic like cetrizine or chlorpheniramine for temporary relief.
Avoid egg and scampi in future to prevent the recurrence.
I hope this helps.
Regards
