How To Treat The Small External Hemorrhoids?

Well i have some small external hemorrhoids since like the last six months they wont go away they were harmless but a couple days one of them started growing and became hard and painful, its still the same. I tried garlic clove as a suppository last night but it didn't help any better it seemed to grow a bit more.

If I am your doctor I advice you should think of sclerotherapy for hemorrhoids near from nearby surgeon. Also do not eat spicy food, Take enough roughage in the diet like vegetables. Try to avoid food that cause irriation to it like spicy foods.
