Hi, sir. I recently developed a strange aberration on the head of my penis, a white layer which is removable but persistent covers the head of my penis, bar the urethra. It almost looks as though it is dead skin. When i remove as much of this white residue as possible, i notice that the tip of my penis is inflamed. However, the inflamation occurred Prior to the residue forming. Is this a serious issue?
