How To Treat Tear Duct Swelling In Both Eyes?

I have been sick with a possible sinus infection for about a week. And a day or so after I started being sick, my tear dutcts started swelling in both eyes. But it's more of my left eye than my right. The swellling has finally gone away in my right eye. But for the first 5 days, there was bruising around my lower eyelid along with the swelling. Now it feels like there's a small knot in my left tear duct. It was very tender to the touch while it was bruised, but now it's barely tender. The bruising has gone away for the most part, it's now just a little pink where the swelling is. What could this be, and what should I do? This has really got me worried. I was taking Cephalexin for the first 5 days or so, but ran out yesterday.

You can take ampicillin capsule 500 mg two times daily for 7days. Take hifenac tablet two times daily. Try punctum dilatation and syringing with gentamycin solution. With this treatment infection and swelling should subside.
