How To Treat Swelling And Bruise In Right Arm Despite Suffering From Tendinitis?
Sorry i asked. I can not pay for this was unaware i would need toI m a 51year old female with tendinitis previously diagnosed in my right arm,last Monday night I fell off the top bunk bed & hyper extended my arm landing on my right side,arm fully above my head. There is no visuel deformity a little swelling.only visual bruising is on elbow.I can t raise my arm or use it w//o SEVERE pain,haven t tried to lift anything because it hurts even to comb my hair or attempt daily activities.soonest the doctor can get me in is Thurs am.what can I do to ease the pain until then short of going to the e.r.?
Indeed, tendinitis pain is severe sometimes, unbearable. You can apply alternating warm and cold compresses until you see your doctor. Plus, apply antalgesic cream locally. You can take paracetamol or Ibuprofen orally for the pain. Magnesium supplement can also ease the pain.
