How To Treat Stomach Upset And Body Weakness?

I m 35 years old female and I m suffering rrom typhoid fever in march and I was also admitteditted in uospital but after treatment my body became very weak day by day my stoumac was upset after eating food I go for motion 5 to 5 times daily what should I do

Welcome to health care magic,

Stomach could be due to acute gastritis or gastroenteritis but here if you had been treated with typhoid fever before 3 months then there may be possibility of relapse or incomplete treatment.

So,you need to undergo complete blood count,ESR,electrolyte, widal test and abdominal ultrasound.

Meanwhile, you can take symptommatic treatment like antacids (pantoprazole or rabeprazole), antispasmodics and prebiotics, probiotics (sporolac).

Consult your treating physician with above tests and he will prescribe you appropriate antibiotics if required.
