How To Treat Sporadic Abdominal Cramps And Diarrhea?

Hi, I am experiencing diarrhea (very watery) and strong intermittent stomach cramps. I do not have a fever or nausea or vomiting. This began just yesterday. Can you give me an idea of what could be causing this and if it is serious? Also, is there anything that might help with the cramping? Thanks

Hello,

You might be having gastritis or acid peptic disease. You need to follow some lifestyle tips
1. Do not eat spicy food.
2. Take medications for gastritis- Pantop or Omez or Rantac.
3. Take little food at frequent intervals. Breakfast around 8 am, a small snack at 11 am, lunch at 1 pm, a small snack at 4 pm and dinner at 8 pm.
4. Drink plenty of water.
5. Do not smoke, take alcohol or tobacco and even excess of coffee and tea.
6. Do not take much stress. Stress aggravates gastritis.
7. Do regular exercise. At least half an hour per day.
8. Learn meditation techniques.
9. Follow it regularly for 21 days. It said that anything you practice regularly for 21 days becomes a habit.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
