How To Treat Sharp Pain Behind The Left Breast?

Hi, i am a 49 year old woman. I have been having sharp pain deep behind my left breast. it doesn t happen every day maybe 3 to 4 a month sometimes more, The pain is so sharp sometime i cant hardly breath, and it can last up to 15 Min. what causes this?

Hi dear few possible cause of breast pain at your age are menopause, Lumpy breast,mastitis ( Infection) , More fibrous tissue so i advise you to do mammography investigation to make the picture clear.
For pain Relief You can use Tab Ibuprofen and Lidocaine spray for relief.
