How To Treat Severe Dizziness And Fatigue Caused Due To Lack Of Appetite?

OK so today I felt really exhausted and had hardly any energy plus I hadnt eaten anything since 7 pm the following day which was ramen noodle. Today around noon I felt dizzy and felt like I was going to pass out my eyes were wondering around as if confused and I couldn t remember things and I was pale and my heart was racing. What could be wrong

You may have had an hypoglycaemic shock.. A ramen noodle pack does not contain enough carbohydrates to keep with the body.. Next time u feel dizzy I would suggest u to chew a candy immediately.. Once the dizziness subsides please visit your physician asap.
