How To Treat Persisting Glands At The Vagina And Arm?

Hi I am a 38 year old female, 120pounds, 5ft 2in. , mother of 3 and I had surgery about 3 months ago to remove a periannal cyst. about a month after that I got a lump opposite where the cyst was. I got treated with antibiotics. In the weeks that followed, I got some fisculars at different locations on the outside of my vagina. I now have a raised gland at the crease of my vagina and my right leg. A gland under my right arm and minor pain along my right side as well as the right leg. The leg feels as though it is swelling, giving me an odd feeling on the outer side of the leg. Do you think that something is seriously wrong and I need to see a doctor.
