Understanding your concern. As per your query you have treat persistent neck pain caused due to poor sleeping posture . Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to may reasons like muscle stain , cervical spondolysis and cervical radiculopathy , but in your case neck pain occur due to wrong sleeping position . I would suggest you to sleep with a cervical pillow , sleep on your back , position your computer screen at eye level , stay hydrated , maintain proper posture , relieve trigger point pain and do stretching exercises of neck .Also take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain . If condition doesn't get well then consult othopedic surgeon.
