Dear you have hypertension and mitral valve prolapse and you developed palpitations . Now you are taking dilzem 120 and losartan H 40/12.5.all these are good. Palpitations have so many reasons anèd in your case we must rule out any rhythm disturbance . It may be simply sinus tachycardia for which cause should be corrected such as if it is because of anaemia it should be corrected if because of fever or hyperthyroidism these should be managed . Your doctor has given you dilzem to control palpitations this seems that you have some rhythm disturbance and the cause is in your heart. Now I think it should be okay with that..to assess what type of arrhythmia it's this that is causing palpitations we need to see your ecg.so I would like to suggest you that you continue same medicine if you are feeling better and always remain in contact with your physician for monitoring for blood pressure and heart rate.hope this will help.
