got food poisoning, and suspected e coli, all started on holiday in nturkey with a shoulder pain that got extremely worse, ended up delirious a week today, totally gone next morning, came home on Friday, with severe sickness and diarhheoa, had stool sample, results not back yet, severe stomach pains, and now the shoulder pain is back with a vengeance and is agony

Hello. Thanks for putting your query in hcm. I will suggest you to take a course of antibiotic emoirically till the result of stool examination comes like tablet ofloxacin 200mg twice a day for 5 days. I hope I have answered your query and this will help you. Wish yoy a good health.
