How To Treat Pain During Urination ?

Hi, my son (4year) was remained hospitlized for 3 weeks because of viral infection, during the treatment he went through 1CT.Scan with contrast, 1MRI w/o contrast & 1MRI with contrast and remained on steroids for 35 days now steroids have been stopped as week ago and he feels pain while passing urine and we went for urine test and results show pus cell are 20-25. please let me know if there is any serious kind of issue it is or what should i do? and is it because of tests (CT,MRI) or because of medicines (vancomycin)

Hi, this is clearly urine infection. It is not due to MRI or CT scan. But i would like to know the diagnosis for which he was given steroids and vancomycin for so long. It might be possible that he has urinary tract infection because of the disease per se. Revert back with required information as said above. Take care.
