How To Treat Nausea And Belching While Having Acidity?
Since Tuesday morning I have had nausea and have been vomiting bile, have lots of acid in my upper intestine and in my esophagus. I am unable to eat anything. Yesterday I had one piece of bread. I stayed in bed yesterday and slept most of the day.A lot of the time I cannot lay down properly because of the acid.
I had gone through your question I can understand your concern about your stomach upset.
As per your history you seems to have acute esophagitis because of recurrent reflux esophagitis. You need to make some changes in food habits and medication too.
Avoid late night meals (no foods two hours before sleep). Avoid oily, spicy, junk foods for some time.
Raise your head side of bed at least four to five inches during sleep.
Avoid post lung immediate sleep.
Take a pantoprazole 40 mg tablet early in morning empty stomach and don't eat for half an hour after taking medication.
