Have acidity, gas, belching, flatulence. Not taking medication

i hav been suffering from mild symptoms of acidity and gas and belching for nearly 6 months .But i never took them seriously as i am a student and i had to change college and now had to put in 7to 8 hrs of extra studing to keep pace with my fellow students. However for the past 3 days after lunch (I also eat very little breakfast) I hav been experiencing severe belching (and it is preceded by nausea till i belch ). Also flatulence output has also been reduced . I am not under ant medication .

Dear, you problem may be because of indigestion as a result of stress. first of all you must have sufficient sleep and relaxation. being a Naturopathy & yoga specialist, my advice is take some alkaline juice in empty stomach. juices like ash gourd, cucumber, lauki, pomegranate, cabbage juice with honey etc are best to check your problem. follow this for two weeks without any break. then you will find result. One thing always keep in your mind that you must have good sleep and relaxation. don't be tensed or worried about your studies. relax and study. then you will be able to concentrate more. for complete relaxation, deep breathing ten times, when you are stressed, deep relaxation technique for 20 minuts etc are very good practices.
