How To Treat Migraine Caused By Taking Propranolol 2x ?
Hi,I m 6.5 months pregnant and take propranolol 2x a day for my high heart rate that causes the pounding in me ear. I took my first dose this morning and have a migraine right now. I was wondering if it is safe to take Tylenol extra strength right now or will the propranolol help my headache?

please continue to take propranalol 2times it will help within 1 week.
You can take tylenol in normal dose as and when require.
Amitryptiline 12. 5 mg is also helpful.
And it is relatively safe to take at 6.5 month.
better would be take symptomatic when you feel migraine then prophylaxis.
