How To Treat Menstrual Irregularity?

i have irregular periods..My doctor suggested siphene 50mg from 3rd day of menses.She called me on 8th,12th,15th day for follicular study .She said nothing in both ovaries.(she said can u see small particles these will grow into eggs)..Endometrium size 6,8 and later 9m. Can u please advise best after this?

I think that this conditions of your suggest that you are ovulating so I will suggest you to start Siphene and wait for result.
