How To Treat Lump On Ankle?
Hi im a 46 yo male i recently noticed a pretty good sized lump on my ankle. no pain or restriction of movement. it was severly sprainged@ 25 years ago but only noticed the lump a few weeks ago. today the hard lump is gone and now its a soft mass. still no pian.

If your lump is causing you problems, may need to drain the cyst with a needle. Removing the lump surgically also is an option. But if you have no symptoms, no treatment is necessary. In many cases, the cysts go away on their own. Don't worry.
