How To Treat Lower Back Pain Due To Herniated Disc?
I have severe pain in my lower back. I have had a MRI and I have 3 herniated disc. I saw doctor 4 weeks ago and he was going to refer me to a surgeon,but yet I have not heard from him and cannot get a return call from his office. My pain is getting worse, so what should my next step be?

you have 3 disc herniation that causing the nerve compression and pain.
for now i shall advise you to ;
take rest ,avoid heavy work,lifting weight.
sleep over hard surface.
you can use LS belt.
take analgesics for pain.
also consult a spinal surgeon and discuss the surgical method and the needs as early as possible.
