How To Treat Loose Motion?

My wife is a patient of Acute Lymphoblastic Luekemia (ALL) (Ph+ve) . She has completed her chemo & radiotherapy a year ago. She is now on Maintenance Therapy Medicines taken daily Gleevic 400 mg 1 tablet, MP6 1 tablet daily, Remtrex 2.5 mg - 5 tablets on Sunday, Bactrium One tablet on Monday and Thursday respectively. Her HB is 9.9% Platelete - 104, WBC- 2300. More recently, she is suffering from loose motion. After eating anything she has to go to the toilet. The motion is watery. She has taken medicines like Ciplo TX, Linospan - 600, Nizomulide, but no relief till date. Please advise what treatment to be given.

Oncologist 's  Response
Dear,
The maintenance treatment your wife is on do give rise to these sort of side effects. Instead of giving antibiotics she needs anti secretory drugs with probiotic gut friendly therapy under the advice of physician or gastroenterologist. The problem of loose watery motion will disappear.

Oncologist Dr. dr. Jawahar Ticku's  Response
Stop all these medicines and put her on probiotic therapy i.e gut friendly organisms. Some times unnecessary and extra drugs give the problem. At the same time avoid the foods which triggers the loose motion.
