Hello,

It could be an insect bite to a bed bug. I suggest you to take an oral antihistamine e.g Cetirizine 10mg tablet once a day for a few days. In addition to that, you may use a topical steroid and antibiotic combination ointment e.g Fluticasone Propionate 0.05% and Mupirocin 2% ointment for a few days.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Kakkar S., Dermatologist
