How To Treat Kidney Stones And Hydronephrosis In Kidney?

Hello everyone, I am having a kidney stone 0.6cm on both kidneys, what is the best management. Currently i am taking heligo kit for H pylori infection and lansoprazole for the coming 3 weeks, I have cipro at my home but I haven t taken them. I am really worried about drug interactions and I want to get cured earlier. I discovered hydronephrosis on ultrasound 4 days ago on one kidney. Please doctors if any one can help me on the best management.

Urologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, your question is a common situation in many people.
The treatment depends on several factors.
1. Your scan report, showing location of stones.
2. Your age and other medications being taken, other than for your ulcer.
3. Your urine routine and culture test report.
4. Blood routine, creatinine, and sugar.
My expert opinion can be given, if you send it to me as a direct question.
Dr.Matthew J. Mangat.
